Hello, my name is Mark Turnbull, I'm currently supervisor over the largest Public Works Departments within Cecil County. The town of Elkton has recently allowed me to provide direction and support to all of the Public Works Departments, advise the Mayor, Council and City Administrator on Public Works issues, develop and facilitates the implementation of action plans to address current and future Public Works needs.I also manage the Town's resources to meet the goals and objectives of the Mayor and Council.
