***Find Tobe!***

After a long grueling debate, Tobe finally won the position as Mascot for the Town of Elkton’s Public Works Department. During Tobe’s campaign for Mascot, several photographs were taken of him promoting his campaign throughout the town of Elkton.
Several of the opposing Mascot delegates have claimed that Tobe fixed the Mascot election and never even conducted a campaign tour through the Town of Elkton. Over the last few months, we’ve managed to confiscate several photographs from Tobe’s campaign team and we need your help in finding him in these photographs.

Objective: To find Tobe in these photos and prove that he did not fix the Mascot Election.
